New Buildings Purchased As Part of Growing South Downtown Portfolio

The team behind revitalizing South Downtown Atlanta has closed on two additional buildings along Peachtree Street SW.

Located between other buildings within the South Downtown portfolio, the acquisition will unlock future potential on the block for additional retail, restaurants and overall pedestrian experience.
